SCULPT
High energy, light weight, high repetition class while moving to the beat of the music. We will work the major muscle groups of the body with a heavy dose of cardio to get your blood pumping. This format includes mindful breath exercises paired with sculpting movements. Prepare for a full body experience!

FLOW
Fast, intelligent and energetic flow with creative and mindful sequencing to synchronize your breath to movement. This vinyasa style yoga builds to a peak pose or builds around a body experience. This is not a restorative yoga format — you will sweat!

FIRE
The best of both worlds! A little bit of vinyasa flow, a little bit of sculpt and cardio. This class will push your limits — both physically and mentally. Trust the process, defy your limits and finish class with a deep savasana to end.

HIIT
HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training is a full body format with tabata style timed rounds targeting the upper body, lower body, core, cardiovascular system, and glutes. Expect fun hip hop and pop hits to keep your energy high and you body moving. Get ready for heavy breathing and your body to reach an anaerobic state!

TRAIN
Strength based class focusing on a group of muscles in rotating stations with a dose of cardio in between. You pick the muscle group you want to burn out — lower body, upper body or core. Get your gains here!

GROOVE
Shake your body, free your mind, have fun & lose your inhibitions in this cardio format filled with booty shaking, body rolls, and sassy dance moves moving to the beat. Prepare for some booty-shaking!
Book a Class
You choose how long you want to work. Classes can be as short as 30 minutes or as long as 90 minutes. I also am trained in TurboKick (cardio kickboxing), Prenatal Water, Cardio Water, Cycle, & Step Aerobics; however, these formats require additional equipment.
